History of our Company
JP Transport Corp.
Our company was founded in May of 1957 by our father, Julio E. Pérez Lorenzo. The company was founded as Julio Pérez Transport and for the last 55 years we have been in the business of providing the best possible services to our costumers. We dedicated the first 17 years of our company to the hauling of sugar cane on the island of Puerto Rico. It was not until 1978 when we started in the freight business, Maritime freight being our first.
Since 1978 we have instilled in all of our customers the reliability and trustworthiness, not only needed in the day by day business of today, both in the reliability of our firm. Today, thanks to our efforts and to the trust that our customers have in our company, we have established our goals, and are well known in the movement of Maritime, Air and Island Freight trough Puerto Rico.
Our customers can attest to the dependability, responsibility and services rendered to them by our company, especially at the most needed of times.
